“Inspired by the great chefs of the Caribbean, we bring you our take on the classic. Overnight, we marinate fresh chicken thigh meat in our unique blend of herbs, spices and chillies, including the fiery Scotch Bonnet. The chicken is then slow-cooked for maximum flavour in the oven, before being served with healthy sweet potato mash and finished with a side of Caribbean spiced vegetables. Not for the faint hearted!”
